چکیده
The estimation of damage in steel tendons is important for evaluating the remaining capacity existing tensioned members. This research focuses on calculating Johnson–Cook (LC) model and parameters high-strength material through quasi-static dynamic uniaxial tests. Finite element analysis used to replicate experimental procedure, image correlation analysis, numerical results accuracy verified. In this investigation, it found that JC can accurately deformation stress concentration under different strain rates triaxiality conditions and, thus, be fracture prestressed concrete

Bond of High Strength Concrete with High Strength Reinforcing Steel
This paper presents a study about the bond of high strength concrete with high strength steel. Fourteen pull out tests were carried out to determine the bond. The concrete strength was about 70 MPa and the steel was a 500 MPa grade. Bar diameters used were 12, 16, 20, 25, 28, 32 and 36 mm. In order to investigate the effect of cover, each test was done twice, once in a 240 mm diameter concrete ...
متن کاملImproved Material Models for High Strength Steel
The mechanical behaviour of the three advanced high strength steel grades, Docol 600DP, Docol 1200M and HyTens 1000, has been experimentally investigated under various types of deformation, and material models have been developed, which account for the experimentally observed behaviour. Two extensive experimental programmes have been conducted in this work. In the first, the dual phase Docol 60...
متن کاملDetermination of Tensile Strength and Crack Growth of a Typical Polymer Concrete Using Circular Disc Samples
Cracked and un-cracked Brazilian disc specimens subjected to diametral compression were used for conducting fracture toughness and tensile strength experiments on a polymer concrete (PC) material. The value of mode I fracture toughness (KIc) was determined from the center- cracked Brazilian disc and the indirect tensile strength (σt) was obtained from the un-cracked Brazilian disc specimen. The...
